| Terms of Payment: 2% 10th and 25th, Net 30 days.
Freight Terms: FOB Toronto factory. We will prepay freight to any point in Canada (Northwest and Yukon Territories excepted) on shipments of $750.00 net, 300lbs, or more. All other orders are FOB Toronto factory. Return Goods Policy: No merchandise is to be returned without an authorized number from our factory. If return is authorized, transportation charges must be pre-paid and goods will be accepted for credit subject to inspection for salability and subject to a restocking charge of 20%. Warranty: All products are warranted to be free from defective workmanship and materials. The warranty is valid for 1 year, voided by willful abuse, tampering, damage or repairs made by other than factory representatives. Liablility under all warranties, expressed or implied, shall be limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. We accept no responsibility for labour or kindred claims. |
